Member Info and Profile Maintenance

DBC members need to provide current, complete, and accurate info upon onboarding, and maintain clear records for the duration of their membership. Each member should periodically check and update their own profile to ensure effective use of resources available to our community; and to match them with the most appropriate business and networking opportunities.

If any information changes, such as contact data, payment methods, credit card expiration, and other new or significant details, members can do the edits themselves, through their respective individual or business profiles.
 

Info Usage

We encourage you to include as many relevant details as possible, personal and professional achievements, to fully benefit from additional marketing, exposure, and impact that our DBC community membership can provide. Member profiles and activities are periodically reviewed by our admin staff for internal use.

Members are responsible for safeguarding their password and login data. If some members do not wish to share contact info, they can keep their personal or business information private by enabling that option on their respective profile pages. They will still fill in the required info as usual, but only the back-office admins can see it.

We do not disclose member information to third parties for marketing purposes, unless specifically authorized by our members on a case-by-case basis. If you become aware of any outside data breach that may affect your DBC account and/or membership, please notify us immediately, so we can take proactive measures.
 

Data Security

While we take data security very seriously, our website(s) may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or managed by D-Billionaire Club™ (DBC). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility or liability, directly or indirectly, for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services, and for possible damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with any use of the above-mentioned content, policies, practices, websites or services.
 

Membership Suspension, Cancellation, or Exclusion

At the expiration of the initial 15-day trial period, in order to make the most of our community benefits and resources, a new member will be automatically enrolled in a 12-month membership plan, unless they cancel during the trial period. Members can select the option of yearly, quarterly, or monthly payments.
 

If for any reason, a member wishes to discontinue their membership fee, a prorated refund will be applied by the payment processing merchant, corresponding to the time period of their active membership within a given year.
 

The same applies to voluntary or involuntary cancellations or suspensions of membership. In case of temporary suspension of access to their account, due to a failed payment method, for example, a member is given 15 days to update their payment info and reactivate their DBC website access.
 

In case of suspensions or cancellations of membership, the option to rejoin later on is available, upon fulfilling the requirements. In the specific case of disciplinary exclusion, even if the membership access may be temporarily suspended or permanently revoked, the prorated fee refund will apply, and members will be notified of that by email.
 

We expect utmost professionalism from our members and collaborators. Please keep your communication business-appropriate, respectful, and positive. No politics, religious debates, hate speech, or controversial topics. Such improper conduct may lead to disciplinary action - permanent account access revocation, membership deactivation, and/or exclusion from our DBC community.
 

We actively maintain an inclusive and supportive environment within the community, and we encourage everyone to abide by common sense norms as outlined in this agreement.
 

Overall Agreement

Some of these terms may be modified or replaced by our admin staff at any time, if deemed necessary for daily operations. If changes are substantial, members may be notified by email, on the UPDATES tab, and/or through our social media platforms.
